In order to access the Pacer bankruptcy data base, a simple registration process is required and a fee payable. This can be a one off fee or an annual one, depending on the number of times you may need to consult the bankruptcy database.
Interesting enough, each court with the United States Judiciary operates its own bankruptcy database, each being interlinked to the national data base. However in order to access information from Pacer, it is necessary to contact the court in which the judgement was passed.
